I’m a clinical herbalist, wellness educator, artist, and lifelong student of traditional healing systems. Through Give Too Folks and The Hearty Hearth, I create small-batch botanical products that weave together Ayurveda, folk herbalism, seasonal living, and ritual self-care.

My work is rooted in the belief that wellness is both practical and magical: nourishment for the body, clarity for the mind, and beauty for the spirit.
